Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on engraveuk.co.uk. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Description of Goods -All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy.

Payment and Price – The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Risk -From the time of despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from date of delivery.

Incorrect or damaged goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or damaged goods supplied within 7 days from date of delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
Other – You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities. We will issue you with an invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you

Engrave UK – is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, and is therefore governed by English law. This is applicable for anybody who can view the website in any other country, and /or has contact with us at Engrave UK – (www.engraveuk.co.uk) by any other means of communication such as electronic mail, fax or post, without necessarily having viewed the website.

Engrave UK – (www.engraveuk.co.uk) are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the “Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct”. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and dispatch correctly and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not pass your e-mail address to any other traders.

Any complaints will be handled quickly and effectively. On receipt of a complaint Engrave UK – (www.engraveuk.co.uk) will contact the customer to confirm exact details within 5 working days. If the complaint is with a faulty product, then that product will be replaced immediately subject to stock availability. If the complaint is not with the product but a fault with the engraving, Engrave UK – will endeavour to firstly correct the fault where possible or engrave a replacement. If there is any other type of dispute we will endeavour to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. We keep the customer informed about progress of any complaint at regular intervals. All complaints are dealt with in a confidential manner.
